Reasons to love it – and reasons not to

I enjoyed a comfortable room with a great breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and responsive, making our stay relaxing.

Unfortunately, there were cleanliness issues that detracted from the experience, and the indoor pool water temperature was too cold.

The overall cleanliness in the bathrooms needs addressing!!! The pool temperature was uncomfortably cold during my visit, making it less enjoyable for families!!! Maintenance issues, like faulty plumbing, should be promptly resolved to enhance guest experiences!!!

I loved how close this hotel was to Harvester Park, just a nice stroll away, and it offered a great starting point for my explorations around the area with plenty of landmarks and green spaces to enjoy. plus, the breakfast selection was fantastic, making mornings easy and enjoyable.

It was a great match for a weekend outing in Burr Ridge with a good value considering the price. The staff was quick to help us when we moved rooms due to a maintenance issue, which was much appreciated. Make sure to check the pool schedule, as it may not always be available as expected.

My stay was quite pleasant with a comfortable room setup, and the variety at breakfast was impressive, featuring fresh pastries and made-to-order options. The staff was quick to assist with any requests, which made a difference in my overall experience. However, I think an extra bar of soap in the room would have been useful.

Now, onto the fun part—our pool escapade turned out to be a tease! The sign said closed, but the pool was chill. Also, we had a mystery bug dance across the floor. that was a hard pass. Definitely needs cleaning up.
